Hey Friends,
Quarantine has my body feeling pretty cranky. Sitting more, exercising less, and increased stress levels, are not a good recipe for maintaining healthy mobility and function - especially in the spine and hips where many of us already feel pretty stiff.
To help you out, Erin and I will be continuing to film and post mini KINSTRETCH classes to our YouTube channel. They are all under 30minutes long, and may or may not contain quarantine humor (spoiler alert : they do!)
